This reducing threaded nipple made of stainless steel is a key element in hydraulic and plumbing systems, allowing for precise connection of pipes with different diameters. Material and operating parameters
The nipple is characterized by high resistance to external factors and corrosive substances (including acids). Thanks to the use of stainless steel AISI 316L (1.4408, 1.4404), it ensures stability and safety of the installation even in difficult conditions. Each fitting is permanently marked with the symbol "g316" or "g6", which confirms its high quality and material of manufacture. This nipple allows operation at temperatures up to 220°C and at a maximum pressure of 150 lbs (approximately 10.5 bar). It has a tapered external gas thread (BSPT) on both sides and a simple construction. The nominal connection diameter is 1 1/2 inch (40) on one side and 1/2 inch (15) on the other.
