This threaded coupling, made of stainless steel 316L, is a reliable solution for connecting pipes with a diameter of 1/2 inch. It can be used in drinking water systems.

Parameters and scope of application

The fitting has a tapered BSPT-Rc (ISO 7-1 / EN 10226-1) internal gas thread with a diameter of 1/2 inch (15 mm) on both sides. The outer diameter of the connecting pipe is 21.3 mm. The use of stainless steel allows operation at temperatures up to 220°C and at pressures up to 150 lbs (approx. 10.5 bar). This makes it an ideal choice for industrial, chemical, food processing installations and heating and cooling systems.
