SBR Technology – Efficiency and Simplicity

EasyBio 5 operates based on the cyclic SBR process, which includes filling, reaction, sedimentation, and discharge of wastewater. This method allows achieving a high level of pollutant reduction – up to 98% – without the need for additional biopreparations. The controller automatically manages the entire cycle, also offering a holiday mode and control of operating parameters. This makes the treatment plant easy to operate and requires minimal user intervention.

Construction and Advantages

The EasyBio 5 tank is made of durable high-density polyethylene (HDPE) using blow molding, which guarantees its tightness and resistance to mechanical damage and chemical corrosion. The compact design simplifies installation and transport, and integrated extensions provide convenient access to the device during inspection and servicing. The low weight of the tank compared to concrete counterparts significantly simplifies installation work. Additionally, it is equipped with a pump for discharging purified wastewater and a sample collection container. The set includes two threaded DN400 extensions with a height of 500 mm, allowing adjustment of the cover height to the ground level. The treatment plant meets the requirements of PN-EN 12566-3+A2:2013 standard and has a CE mark, which confirms its high quality and safety of use.
