The EasyBio 5 treatment plant is a single-tank biological wastewater treatment system designed for households of up to 5 people (PE). The device utilizes advanced SBR (Sequencing Batch Reactor) technology with activated sludge, ensuring high purification efficiency with a compact design and full automation. It is an ideal solution for those looking for a reliable and maintenance-free wastewater treatment system.

Construction and operating principle

EasyBio 5 is made of durable high-density polyethylene (HDPE) using a blow-molding process, which guarantees tightness and the absence of welded joints. Inside the tank, there are all the necessary elements for proper functioning: a diffuser for aerating wastewater, a pump for pumping out purified water, and a container for taking samples. The external controller manages the entire purification cycle, also offering a holiday mode and control of operating parameters. The treatment plant does not require the use of additional biopreparations.

SBR technology involves carrying out cyclic filling, reaction and settling phases in a single tank. This makes the purification process efficient and stable, and the device takes up relatively little space. The set includes two threaded extensions DN400 with a height of 500 mm, which allow adjusting the height of the covers to the ground level – this facilitates installation and ensures an aesthetic appearance.
