Septic tank – a key element of a wastewater treatment plant

This three-chamber septic tank EPURBLOC with a capacity of 7500 liters is the first stage in the wastewater treatment process in domestic systems. Its task is to pre-treat wastewater under anaerobic conditions, which prepares it for further purification. The tank made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) is characterized by durability and corrosion resistance, and the blow molding technology ensures its tightness and strength.

The design of the tank has been carefully thought out for effective operation and ease of use. The inlet pipe with a diameter of 160 mm is equipped with a 90° elbow and a straight section with a deflector, which directs wastewater to the tank wall, minimizing turbulence and increasing sedimentation efficiency. The inlet and outlet have decompression holes, and a removable filter is located at the outlet, which serves as a sludge level indicator – this allows for a quick assessment of the tank's condition and planning for possible emptying.

Access to the interior is provided by two manholes with covers, which can be adapted to the surrounding area by using technical extensions.
