The Grohe Eurosmart Cosmopolitan E washbasin mixer is synonymous with modern design and advanced technologies. Operation is via an infrared sensor, providing touchless operation – an ideal solution for places with high hygiene standards, such as public bathrooms, hospitals or offices. This reduces the transfer of bacteria and viruses, and makes use more comfortable and intuitive.

The mixer is equipped with two-way communication, enabling remote monitoring, configuration and servicing. This translates into easy installation management and a quick response in the event of any problems. It is powered by an efficient CR-P2 lithium battery, which provides long-lasting operation – up to 7 years with standard use (approximately 150 activations per day).

Performance and water saving

The Grohe EcoJoy aerator limits the water flow to 5.7 l/min, allowing for a significant reduction in water consumption without sacrificing user comfort. GROHE StarLight technology provides a durable and shiny chrome coating that is resistant to scratches and corrosion. The integrated non-return valve and dirt strainers protect the installation from damage and ensure long-term reliability.

Additional functions and safety

The mixer offers a range of preset programs, such as automatic flushing, thermal disinfection and cleaning mode. Additional functions and precise settings can be configured using a remote control (available separately – cat. no. 36 407 001). It meets IP 59K safety standards and has a CE mark, guaranteeing high quality and compliance with European standards. Noise class I (DIN 4109) ensures quiet operation. The minimum recommended pressure is 1.0 bar. The quick-mount system makes installation easy for both professionals and people with basic DIY skills. The battery status indicator informs about the need to replace the power supply.
