Thanks to the self-closing mechanism, the mixer allows you to reduce water consumption, which translates into savings.

Construction and Characteristic Features

Made of high-quality materials, the mixer is covered with a chrome coating GROHE StarLight®, which guarantees durability and scratch resistance. The GROHE SilkMove® ceramic cartridge with a diameter of 46 mm ensures smooth and precise temperature and water flow control. The set includes dirt strainers that protect the mixer from damage. Additionally, the mixer has an integrated non-return valve to prevent water backflow.

• Three flow time adjustment options: short (approx. 7 seconds), medium (approx. 15 seconds) and long (approx. 30 seconds) – the factory setting is the medium flow time, depending on the pressure in the installation. This allows you to adapt the mixer's operation to individual user needs.
• Flow limiter: the minimum flow rate is 2.5 l/min, which contributes to water savings without sacrificing comfort.
• Shower outlet: located at the bottom of the mixer and has a 1/2" thread.
• Optional temperature limiter can be installed: (46 308 000) – additional protection against accidental scalding.
• Backflow protection: increases safety and protects the installation from contamination.
• S-connections: standard connections make it easy to install the mixer in most installations.

Application and Compatibility

The Grohe Eurosmart Cosmopolitan mixer is designed to work with a concealed installation box (model 36 322 001 – available separately). It is compatible with most standard water installations with a working pressure of 0.5 to 6.0 bar. Thanks to its universal design, it fits into various bathroom styles – from modern to classic. This mixer will work well both in home bathrooms and in public utility facilities, where reliability and water savings are important.
