The Grohtherm SmartControl thermostatic mixer combines elegant design, comfortable use and advanced technologies. Designed for concealed mounting, it allows operation of two independent water outlets – ideal for a bathtub with a shower or two independent shower zones. Equipped with an intuitive SmartControl system, it enables easy and precise adjustment of the water flow and memorization of preferred parameters.

Technology and functionality for demanding users

At the heart of the mixer is the GROHE TurboStat thermostatic head, which reacts to changes in installation pressure in just 0.3 seconds, ensuring a stable water temperature regardless of the load. Thanks to this, you can enjoy a comfortable shower without unpleasant surprises. Built-in check valves and strainers protect the installation from impurities and backflow of water, in accordance with EN 1717 standard (class EB). An integrated ½” shower outlet facilitates connection of the shower head. Flow class C guarantees optimal water consumption while maintaining comfort.

Safety and ease of use

GROHE Grohtherm SmartControl has been designed with the safety of the whole family in mind. The SafeStop lock at 38°C prevents accidental scalding, and the optional SafeStop Plus limiter allows setting the maximum temperature to 43°C or 46°C. GROHE ProGrip knurled handles provide a secure grip even with wet hands. The 6° adjustment allows precise adjustment of the mixer to the wall, and the metal wall rosette with the GROHE QuickFix system facilitates installation and provides an aesthetic appearance.

Important information regarding installation:

For proper operation of the mixer, the GROHE Rapido SmartBox concealed unit (ordered separately) is necessary. Remember to carefully follow the installation instructions and use appropriate tools. The mixer is compatible with expansion sets, allowing it to be adapted to individual needs and preferences. Made of high-quality brass with a chrome finish GROHE StarLight, the mixer is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean, maintaining its shine for years.
