MAGNA3 50-60 F circulation pump is an advanced solution for heating and cooling systems, designed for efficiency and reliability. It utilizes a neodymium magnet motor, resulting in higher energy efficiency and minimizing power losses. The composite rotor housing further contributes to reducing energy consumption.

The pump is equipped with an integrated differential pressure and temperature sensor, allowing for precise monitoring of the installation's operation and optimization of settings. The ability to connect an external return water temperature sensor enables more accurate estimation of thermal energy consumption. An innovative clamping ring facilitates quick removal and servicing of the pump head. Additionally, the pump has a built-in MI 201 communication interface, enabling control and monitoring via the Grundfos GO application.

The pump design allows operation in various modes, tailored to the specifics of the installation:

• AutoADAPT: automatic analysis of the installation status and optimization of operating parameters.
• Proportional pressure: ideal for circulating systems with variable flow requirements.
• Constant pressure: suitable for systems with variable flow and low pressure losses.
• Constant temperature: dedicated to systems requiring maintaining a constant liquid temperature.
• FlowLIMIT: limiting the maximum flow, eliminating the need for throttling valves.
• FLOWADAPT: a combination of AutoADAPT and FlowLIMIT to ensure optimal flow without exceeding the limit.

MAGNA3 pump offers wide communication possibilities, supporting protocols such as PROFIBUS, RS-485, EtherNet/IP, Modbus RTU, BACnet MS/TP and LON/LONWorks. It also has 0-10 V / 2-10 V and 0-20 mA / 4-20 mA interface signals. Speed control is continuously variable via the built-in controller.

The pump body is made of cast iron GG 25 (GJL-250), and the impeller is made of another material (details in the technical documentation). The pump is characterized by a high insulation class F and a maximum working pressure of 10 bar. Thanks to its high energy efficiency (EEI 0.19) and the possibility of remote control and monitoring, the MAGNA3 pump is an investment in comfort and savings. Designed to operate at temperatures from -10°C to +110°C, it will perform well in various heating and cooling applications. Using this pump allows reducing the operating costs of the installation thanks to automatic adjustment of operating parameters and minimization of energy consumption.
