The MAGNA3 32-100 F 220 circulation pump is an advanced device designed for circulating water in central heating, cooling and domestic hot water systems. Construction and application
The MAGNA3 pump is characterized by a solid construction with a cast iron GG 20 (GJL-200) housing, which guarantees durability and corrosion resistance. Designed to operate at ambient temperatures from 0 to 40°C and medium temperatures from -10 to 110°C, making it a universal choice for various applications. Thanks to the maximum head of 10 meters and a flow rate of up to 5.65 m³/h, the pump is able to efficiently handle systems of various sizes and hydraulic requirements. Flanged connections (EN 1092-2) facilitate integration with existing infrastructure.
Communication and control
One of the key advantages of the MAGNA3 pump is its extensive communication functionality. It supports protocols such as PROFIBUS, RS-485, EtherNet/IP, Modbus RTU, BACnet MS/TP, LON/LONWorks and has a built-in Bluetooth interface and analog signals 0-10V / 2-10V and 0-20mA / 4-20mA. This enables easy integration with building automation systems (BMS) and remote control of the pump. Stepless motor speed control allows for precise adjustment of performance to current system needs, which translates into energy savings. The built-in motor speed controller eliminates the need for additional control devices. The energy efficiency index (EEI) of 0.18 confirms the high energy efficiency of the device.
