The Grundfos PM 2 pressure controller is designed for automatic start / stop of Grundfos pumps and other water supply pumps.
The PM 2 is a solution that offers adjustable switching between 1.5 - 5 bar. This enables adaptation to different installations and increases the level of comfort.
The start pressure is set using DIP switches located behind the control panel. The current pressure is shown on the LED display on the front of the PM 2.
The PM 2 starts the pump when the start pressure is reached and stops it when there is no flow.
The PM 2 can be adapted to work with an external pressure vessel by activating the 1 bar differential pressure on / off function. This function significantly reduces the pump operation time in installations with pressure tanks.
