This three-phase Grundfos SP2A-13MS402B submersible pump is a robust solution for drawing water from wells, boreholes and tanks. Construction and application

The SP2A-13MS402B pump is designed to operate in water with a sand content of up to 50 g/m³, making it ideal for use in various geological conditions. Its compact design (pump diameter 101 mm, length 670 mm) allows installation even in narrow openings with a minimum diameter of 105 mm. Equipped with a 1.7-meter cable with a plug, it is ready for connection after installation. It is intended for use in water supply installations, drinking water supply, irrigation and industrial processes. The motor with a power of 0.55 kW operates with a voltage of 380-415V and a frequency of 50Hz.

Performance and durability

The pump offers a maximum capacity of 2.6 m³/h and a maximum head of up to 79.8 meters. The optimal operating point (BEP) is a flow rate of 2 m³/h at a head of 509.82 kPa. The impeller made of stainless steel (grade 304 – 1.4301) and the pump body made of stainless steel ensure high resistance to abrasion and corrosion, which translates into a long service life of the device. Insulation class B and protection degree IP68 guarantee safe and reliable operation even in difficult environmental conditions (operating temperature from -15°C to +40°C). Characteristic C allows it to react more slowly to short current surges, therefore it tolerates starting devices with a motor well.
