The ESC426 contactor is a reliable device designed to control electrical circuits, especially in home and commercial building installations. Designed to operate at 230VAC, it offers a rated current of 25A and a 4 normally closed (4NC) contact configuration. This makes it suitable for applications requiring frequent switching of loads, such as lighting, ventilation or heating.

Construction and functionality

The device is characterized by a compact design for mounting on a DIN rail, which facilitates integration with existing distribution boards. Made of high-quality materials, it ensures durability and resistance to environmental conditions. The contactor has a protection degree of IP2X, which means protection against touching with a finger and solid objects larger than 12.5 mm. The rated operating voltage is 400…400V AC. The possibility of additional equipment allows you to adapt the contactor to the specific needs of the installation.

Application and benefits

This contactor is ideal for applications in the AC-7a/b category - i.e. switching resistive and inductive loads with low power. The maximum switching capacity for incandescent bulbs is 1900W, and for fluorescent lamps - 950VA (up to 1990VA with DUO compensation). Thanks to this, it can be used to control various electrical receivers. It also has high mechanical endurance parameters (100,000 cycles) and electrical endurance (30,000 cycles), which guarantees long and trouble-free operation. The lack of a slider for manual operation minimizes the risk of accidental change of the contactor state during maintenance or repair.
