Overcurrent circuit breaker from the MBS320 series is a three-pole protection device designed to protect electrical installations against overload and short circuit. It is characterized by a rated current of 20A and a high short-circuit breaking capacity – up to 6kA at 230V AC and 10kA at 400V AC, which ensures effective protection in both domestic and industrial installations. Energy limitation class 3 and surge category III guarantee its reliability in harsh conditions.

Designed with convenience in mind, this circuit breaker utilizes the QuickConnect system, which allows for quick and easy connection of wires without the need for twisting. This solution significantly reduces installation time and minimizes the risk of errors. Additionally, the presence of a rear BiConnect terminal with screw mounting provides additional safety, protecting against incorrect wiring. The front BiConnect terminal of the QuickConnect plug-in system enables safe and fast connection to the phase bus.

The circuit breaker has a width of 3 modules and is designed for flush mounting. Its housing with dimensions of 83.40 x 52.50 x 70 mm meets the IP20 standard, providing basic protection against touch and ingress of solid objects. The B tripping characteristic makes it ideal for circuits with high inrush current – it allows it to react more slowly to short current surges, therefore it tolerates starting motors well. The cross-section of the connectable single-wire conductor is 1-35 mm², and the multi-wire conductor is 1-25 mm². The possibility of additional equipment increases its functionality and adaptability to various installation needs.
