This means the breaker reacts more slowly to short current surges but effectively operates in the event of an overload or short circuit. QuickConnect technology – saving time and ensuring safety

The MCS113 breaker is equipped with the QuickConnect system, which significantly speeds up the installation process. Instead of traditional screw tightening of wires, they can simply be plugged into the terminals, minimizing working time and the risk of errors. The BiConnect system offers both screw terminals (protecting against incorrect connection) and QuickConnect plug-in terminals for quick connection to the phase busbar. Additionally, the QuickSnap latch allows for easy removal of the breaker without the need to disassemble other elements of the distribution board. A transparent flap on the labeling fields protects the markings from damage.

Parameters and compliance with standards

The breaker meets the requirements of PN-EN 60898-1 and IEC 60947-2 standards. It has energy limitation class 3 and surge category III, guaranteeing its reliability in various operating conditions. The rated insulation voltage Ui is 500V, and the rated impulse withstand voltage Uimp is 4kV. It is designed to operate in an ambient temperature from -25°C to 70°C and has a protection degree of IP20. It accepts solid wire cross-sections from 1 to 35 mm² and stranded wires from 1 to 25 mm².
