The CDF540D RCD is characterized by high surge current resistance (5kA) and short-circuit breaking capacity (10kA), ensuring its reliable operation even in difficult operating conditions. Its Type F sensitivity makes it ideal for protecting circuits powering electronic devices that generate leakage currents – e.g. washing machines, dishwashers or computers. Adapted to operate in a wide temperature range (from -25°C to 70°C) it can be used both indoors and in utility rooms. The rated impulse withstand voltage Uimp is 4kV, which further increases its resistance to overvoltages.
