This contactor is a reliable solution for controlling various electrical circuits, including lighting, heating and ventilation. It is suitable for both domestic and commercial installations. The ESC263 contactor is characterized by high efficiency and low energy consumption, which translates into savings in the long run. The rated current is 63 A, and the AC control voltage is 230 V. The contactor has two normally open (NO) contacts and no normally closed (NC) contacts. The rated operating voltage (AC) is 400 V, and the insulation voltage is 440 V. It withstands impulse voltage up to 4 kV. The power consumption can be up to 62.5 VA or 60 W depending on the source of information. It operates at a frequency of 50/60 Hz and provides 30,000 electrical endurance cycles and from 100,000 to 1,000,000 mechanical endurance cycles - depending on the data source. It accepts flexible conductors with a cross-section from 1.5 to 16 mm² and rigid conductors from 1.5 to 25 mm². It can operate at a temperature from -10 to +50 °C.

Application and mounting

The contactor is designed for mounting on a TH35 rail. Compact dimensions (85 mm high, 54 mm wide and 60 mm deep) make it easy to install even in limited space. To ensure optimal device operation, especially under heavy load, it is recommended to use a distance element LZ060, which will limit the influence of the generated heat on other installation elements.

The device meets appropriate safety and quality standards, guaranteeing its reliable operation and long life. It has a protection class of IP2X, which provides protection against accidental contact and against the ingress of solid objects with a diameter greater than 12.5 mm.
