External insulation stripper for all types of round cables from 8 - 28 mm in diameter, with an additional hook blade. The built-in cutting knife rotates 360o which allows you to cut the insulation around and along the cable. The cutting depth can be adjusted manually or with a screwdriver, made of PVC.
