Construction and durability

The key to the reliability of the HD-MAT mat is its advanced construction. The thin heating cable (3 mm) minimizes the need to raise the floor level, which is particularly important during renovations. The cable has a protective screen made of copper mesh, increasing safety and resistance to interference. The stranded wire (strand) provides flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage, and the double Teflon (FEP) insulation guarantees temperature resistance up to 200°C, minimizing the risk of overheating and extending the life of the system. This makes the mat not only efficient but also safe to use for many years.

Easy installation and versatility

The HD-MAT mat is distinguished by its ease of installation thanks to the self-adhesive fiberglass mesh. This eliminates the need for additional fasteners and speeds up the installation process. The mat is ideal for use with various types of flooring - ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles and stone. Using a thin layer of flexible adhesive (max. 1.5 cm) or a thin-layer screed allows for quick commissioning of the heating system. Additionally, the mat does not require cutting - its surface is factory-adapted to the area of the heated room.
