Modern underfloor heating for energy-efficient homes

Heat Decor's HD-G heating foil is an advanced solution for underfloor heating systems, utilizing infrared wave technology to provide comfortable and even room heating. The system was developed specifically for buildings compliant with the 2021 Technical Conditions, offering a power output of 80 W/m² with a strip width of 50 cm.

The product features the innovative Carbon-h HD construction (carbon Multi-layer HD), which utilizes a multi-layer arrangement of the purest PET components, ensuring trouble-free operation for decades. The foil thickness of just 0.338 mm guarantees flexibility and ease of installation while maintaining high structural durability.

Safe installation and precise fitting

The Safe cut HD system allows for safe cutting of the foil every 12.5 cm with a cutting width of only 1 cm, enabling a perfect fit to the room's shape without the risk of damaging the heating elements. Cutting points are clearly marked along the entire length of the roll.

BX-type connectors have been significantly improved—the characteristic "teeth" have been removed from both sides, increasing the contact surface between the connector and the heating foil. This solution guarantees a more stable electrical connection and minimizes the risk of overheating at the contact points.

Double-insulated power cables provide additional safety for both the installation and the users. The entire system has an IPX7 protection rating, allowing for use even in damp rooms.

Compatibility with various types of floating floors

The system is primarily dedicated to laminated panels requiring the HD-XPS300 insulation board, SPC vinyl panels (with a mineral core) requiring the HD-XPS700 insulation board, and engineered wood planks which also use the HD-XPS300 insulation board.

The entire system construction has a thickness of only 5.74 mm, which has virtually no impact on the floor level—the foil replaces the standard underlay for panels.

Complete mounting kit and easy installation

The kit contains all the necessary elements for professional installation: Heat Decor connection sets (4 pieces of BX-type connectors and self-vulcanizing tape), electrical cables in black and blue ( 7.5 m each), a Ø60 mm installation box for thermostat mounting, and a 3 m protective conduit for the temperature sensor.

Additionally, the set includes Heat Decor T.HD.Z reinforced tape for bonding the heating foil to the vapor barrier, and a detailed step-by-step instruction enabling self-installation of the entire system.

The maximum operating temperature is approximately 32°C, which ensures thermal comfort while maintaining the optimal operating parameters for wooden or laminated flooring.

The system requires covering a minimum of 70% of the floor area in a room as the sole heat source and mandatory thermostat control with a floor temperature sensor to ensure safe operation.
