The TOPFLEX-611-PUR 4G120 cable is an advanced power supply solution designed for operation in harsh industrial conditions. It is characterized by high flexibility and resistance to external factors, making it an ideal choice for use in cable chains, robotics and CNC machining centers. The cable's polyurethane (PUR) insulation provides long-lasting reliability and safety.

Construction and properties

The cable is made of multi-strand copper conductors with a cross-section of 120 mm², which guarantees efficient current conduction. The conductors are surrounded by polypropylene (PP) insulation, and the whole is protected by a durable outer PUR coating in gray (RAL 7001). A shielding braid increases resistance to electromagnetic interference. The cable is metered, making it easy to precisely adapt to installation needs. Additionally, it is halogen-free, which increases safety in the event of a fire and minimizes the emission of toxic substances.

The minimum bending radius is approx. 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible routing and 4 x cable diameter for fixed routing. The rated voltage U is 1000 V. The outer diameter of the cable is 51.6 mm.
