The HELUPOWER 1100 RZ1-K cable is a reliable solution for permanent power installations, both in residential and public buildings. It is suitable for office buildings, skyscrapers, and facilities with increased fire risk (ZL I-V). Its construction and properties allow for installation indoors, outdoors, in conduit pipes, and directly in the ground.

Safety and durability first

The cable is characterized by a high level of safety thanks to the use of XLPE insulation and LS0H (halogen-free) jacket. This means limited emission of toxic gases and smoke in the event of a fire, which is crucial for protecting health and life. Additionally, UV resistance and oil resistance ensure long-lasting and trouble-free operation in various environmental conditions. The fire reaction class Cca-s1b, d1, a1 confirms its compliance with safety standards.

Construction tailored to needs

The cable consists of multi-wire copper conductors of class 5, providing flexibility and ease of installation. Core identification according to HD 308:S2 and DIN VDE 0293-308 facilitates correct connection. The core filler is halogen-free, further increasing safety. The cable is metered for convenient dispensing during installation. The permissible operating temperature on the conductor is a maximum of +90°C (stationary), and the short-circuit temperature is +250°C for 5 seconds – guaranteeing resistance to thermal overloads. The flexible temperature range is 0°C to +80°C. The operating voltage is U0/U 0.6/1 kV, and the test voltage is 2000 V. The minimum bending radius is 6x the cable diameter for flexible laying and 4x the cable diameter for fixed laying.
