The HELUPOWER 1100 RZ1-K 3G50 cable is a reliable solution for permanent power installations, both in residential and public buildings. It is suitable for office buildings, skyscrapers, and facilities with increased fire risk (ZL I-V). Its construction and properties allow for use in internal and external installations, in protective conduits, and directly in the ground.

Safety and durability first

The cable is characterized by a high level of safety thanks to the use of XLPE insulation and LS0H (halogen-free with low smoke emission) sheathing. This is crucial in places where protecting life and property is important. Additionally, UV resistance and oil resistance ensure long-lasting and trouble-free operation even in harsh conditions. It meets the requirements of EN 50575 standard, CPR class Cca-s1b, d1, a1 – which confirms its fire reaction properties.

Construction tailored to needs

The cable has multi-wire copper conductors class 5, which ensures flexibility and ease of installation. The conductors are insulated with XLPE type DIX 3, and between them there is a halogen-free filler. The green LS0H sheathing not only increases safety but also facilitates cable identification in the installation. The cable is metered for convenient dispensing during installation. The electrical parameters of the cable (0.6/1 kV) allow for wide use in various power installations. The permissible operating temperature on the conductor is a maximum of +90°C (stationary) and +80°C (flexible), and the short-circuit temperature is +250°C for 5 seconds. The minimum bending radius is 4x cable diameter for fixed laying and 6x diameter for flexible laying.
