HELUPOWER 1100 RZ1-K Cable – Safety and Reliability in Every Installation

The HELUPOWER 1100 RZ1-K cable is an advanced solution for permanent power installations, designed for residential buildings, public utilities, and energy distribution networks. It is particularly recommended where a high level of safety is a priority – office buildings, skyscrapers, and facilities with increased fire risk (ZL I – ZL V). Its construction and properties make it a versatile choice for both internal and external installations, in protective conduits or directly in the ground.

Construction and Properties for Professionals

This cable is distinguished by carefully selected materials and manufacturing technology. Un-tinned, multi-wire copper conductors, class 5 (according to DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60228 standards) provide excellent conductivity and flexibility. XLPE insulation type DIX 3 (UNE HD 603-1) guarantees high resistance to mechanical and electrical damage. Additionally, the cable has a halogen-free filler on the core and an LS0H (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jacket, which significantly increases safety in the event of a fire – reducing the emission of toxic gases and smoke. The cable is metered for easy installation and precise adaptation to installation needs.

Safety and Compliance with Standards

HELUPOWER 1100 RZ1-K meets the highest standards of safety and quality. It has an AENOR certificate and is compliant with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking). Its flame-retardant properties have been confirmed by tests according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2 / DIN EN 60332-1-2 / IEC 60332-1-2 (single cable) and DIN VDE 0482-332-3-24 / DIN 60332-3-24 / IEC 60332-3-24 (cable bundle – category C). Additionally, it meets the requirements for halogen-free (UNE-EN 60754-1/IEC 60754-1), corrosiveness of gases released during combustion (UNE-EN 60754-2/IEC 60754-2) and smoke emission during combustion (UNE-EN 61034/IEC 61034). The cable is also oil-resistant (DIN VDE 0473-811-404 / DIN EN 60811-404 / IEC 60811-404) and UV-resistant (HD 605 S2). CPR class: Cca-s1b, d1, a1.
