The HELUPOWER 1100 RZ1-K 4x6 cable is a reliable solution for permanent power installations, both in residential and public buildings. It is suitable for office buildings, skyscrapers, and facilities with increased safety requirements – buildings of Hazard to People (ZL) category I to V. Its construction and properties allow for use in internal and external installations, in protective conduits, and directly in the ground.

Safety and durability first and foremost

The cable is characterized by a high level of safety thanks to the use of a halogen-free LS0H sheath. This means that in the event of a fire, it releases a minimal amount of toxic gases and smoke, which is crucial for protecting health and life. Additionally, the cable is UV-resistant and oil-resistant, guaranteeing its long-lasting and reliable operation even in difficult conditions. It meets the requirements of EN 50575 standard with CPR class Cca-s1b, d1, a1 – confirmation of its high quality and safety.

Construction tailored to the needs of professionals

The cable consists of multi-wire copper conductors class 5, insulated with XLPE type DIX 3. The use of a halogen-free filler on the core and an LS0H sheath provides additional safety and minimizes the risk of toxic substances forming during a fire. The cable is metered, making it easy to precisely adjust the length to the needs of a specific installation. The permissible operating temperature on the conductor is a maximum of +90°C (stationary), and the short-circuit temperature is +250°C for 5 seconds – demonstrating its strength and resistance to extreme temperatures. The cable operating voltage is 0.6/1 kV with a test voltage of 2000 V and a breakdown voltage of 4000 V. The minimum bending radius is 6x the cable diameter for flexible bending and 4x the cable diameter for fixed laying.
