This green HELUPOWER 1100 RZ1-K 5G25 cable is a reliable solution for permanent power installations, both in residential and public buildings. It is suitable for office buildings, skyscrapers, and facilities with increased safety requirements (ZL I – ZL V). Thanks to the possibility of laying in protective conduits and directly in the ground, it offers flexibility in choosing the installation route.

Construction and properties ensuring safety

The cable features a solid construction – it has five copper cores, insulated with XLPE, which guarantees high conductivity and durability. The core filler is halogen-free, and the sheath is made of LS0H (Low Smoke Zero Halogen), minimizing the emission of toxic gases and smoke in the event of a fire. This ensures that the cable meets stringent safety standards and is particularly recommended for facilities with increased fire risk. Additionally, it is resistant to UV radiation and oil, which increases its lifespan even in harsh operating conditions.

Technical parameters and application

The HELUPOWER 1100 RZ1-K 5G25 cable is designed to operate at 0.6/1 kV and a temperature of up to +90°C (stationary) and +80°C (flexible). It meets the requirements of UNE 21123-4:2017 and has a CPR class of Cca-s1b, d1, a1 – which confirms its high level of fire safety. The minimum bending radius is 4x the cable diameter for fixed laying and 6x the cable diameter for flexible laying. The cable cross-section is 25 mm², and its weight is approximately 1.59 kg/m. The possibility of ordering the cable with a black sheath allows it to be adapted to specific project requirements.
