Special cable for cable chains – reliability in harsh conditions

This single-core m.SPEED 600-PUR-J 1G16 cable is an advanced solution for applications in cable carriers, where high mechanical resistance and flexibility are required. The cable is designed to operate in extreme conditions, ensuring reliable performance even under high loads and frequent bending. It is metered, which makes it easy to precisely adjust the length to the installation needs.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction: a multi-strand copper core with a cross-section of 16 mm² provides good conductivity and flexibility. The thermoplastic polymer insulation and the outer polyurethane (PUR) coating guarantee high resistance to abrasion, oils, coolants and UV radiation. Additionally, the cable is halogen-free, which increases safety in case of fire. Its outer diameter is 9.5 mm. The cable is designed to operate at temperatures from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -30°C to +80°C (dynamic). The rated voltage is 1000 V.
