Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a solid construction: a copper core with stranded fine wires, thermoplastic polymer insulation, and an outer polyurethane (PUR) coating. This combination of materials guarantees high flexibility, abrasion resistance, oils, coolants, and UV radiation. The cable retains its properties over a wide temperature range – from -40°C to +80°C for fixed installation and from -30°C to +80°C during dynamic operation. Its outer diameter is 26.2 mm, and the conductor cross-section is 185 mm².

The cable meets the standards DIN VDE 0285-525-2-31 / DIN EN 50525-2-31 and UL style 10553, which confirms its high quality and safety. It also has a CE certificate, guaranteeing compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU. It is flame retardant (UL VW-1, CSA FT1) and halogen-free, minimizing the risk of toxic gas formation in the event of a fire.
