This single-core, halogen-free m.SPEED 600-PUR-O cable with a cross-section of 240 mm² is designed for use in cable chain systems, where it is exposed to high mechanical stress and harsh environmental conditions. The use of high-quality materials and advanced construction guarantees long-lasting and safe operation in industry, robotics and other demanding applications. The cable is metered, making it easy to precisely adjust the length to the needs of the installation.

Construction and properties

The cable is distinguished by a solid construction, based on a multi-wire copper core (class 6) surrounded by a thermoplastic polymer insulation. A durable outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) provides resistance to abrasion, oils, UV radiation and chemicals. The halogen-free coating increases fire safety by minimizing the emission of toxic gases in the event of a fire. The flexibility of the cable allows for dynamic bending and laying in cable chains without the risk of damage.
