This specially designed, shielded HELUKABEL SHIPFLEX® 113 cable is an ideal solution for applications in demanding industrial environments, particularly in chain guide systems. The cable is distinguished by its high resistance to external factors, flexibility and durability, ensuring safe and reliable power transmission. The cable is metered, making it easy to precisely adjust the length to specific needs.

Construction and properties

The SHIPFLEX® 113 cable has been designed for extreme working conditions. Its construction is based on stranded copper conductors, flexibility class 6, which provides exceptional flexibility even with frequent bending. The conductors are insulated with a special material, and the whole is protected with a screen of tinned copper wires – this is crucial for protection against electromagnetic interference (EMC). The outer jacket made of polyurethane (PUR) guarantees resistance to abrasion, oils, UV radiation and low and high temperatures. Additionally, the cable is halogen-free and flame-retardant, which increases safety.

The cable has 4 conductors with a cross-section of 10 mm², identified with numbers for easy identification. The set also includes two control conductors with white numbers (5 and 6), which allow for additional control and monitoring. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 20 mm.
