Cable for chain guides, 1000 V UL shipflex 113 (4G25+(2x1,5)) orange, halogen-free, shielded 19833
Highly durable cable for energy chain guide rails for applications requiring high resistance.
This specialized, shielded HELUKABEL® SHIPFLEX® 113 cable is designed for operation in harsh conditions, especially in marine and industrial applications. It provides reliable operation even under high mechanical stress and exposure to external factors. The cable construction guarantees high flexibility and long-term operation in dynamic systems.
Construction and properties ensuring safety and durability
The cable is characterized by a solid construction using high-quality materials. Copper strands, made in class 6 (multi-wire, very flexible), ensure good conductivity and resistance to material fatigue. The strands are insulated with a special material, and the whole is protected with a screen of tinned copper wires, which minimizes electromagnetic interference. The polyurethane outer jacket provides resistance to abrasion, oils, UV radiation and low and high temperatures. The cable is halogen-free, which increases safety in the event of a fire – it limits the emission of toxic gases. It also meets the UL Style 20234 standard.
Applications and benefits for installers and end users
This cable is ideal for powering devices in energy chain systems, industrial robotics, construction machinery and marine applications. Its high resistance to external factors makes it an excellent choice for environments requiring reliability and durability.
- Mechanical strength: The cable construction provides resistance to bending, twisting and abrasion – crucial in dynamic applications.
- Chemical resistance: The polyurethane jacket protects against the effects of oils, lubricants and other aggressive chemicals.
- Safety: The halogen-free jacket minimizes the risk of toxic gas emissions in the event of a fire.
- EMC shielding: Effectively reduces electromagnetic interference, ensuring stable device operation.
- Wide temperature range: The cable retains its properties in the temperature range from -40°C to +80°C (flexible and stationary).
- Flexibility: Allows easy installation and routing in tight spaces.
- Marine application: Meets the stringent standards required in the marine environment.
The conductor cross-section 4G25+(2x1.5) mm² allows for efficient power supply to devices with higher power consumption and provides the possibility of connecting additional control elements (control wires). The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 28.5 mm, which should be taken into account when planning the cable route. Wire identification with numbers facilitates correct connection of wires during installation.
