This specialized chain cable, designated SHIPFLEX 113, is designed for operation in demanding industrial environments, especially where there is movement and exposure to external factors. It is characterized by high flexibility, resistance to oils and UV radiation, and meets strict safety standards. Construction and properties

This cable is distinguished by its careful construction. Copper strands, made in class 6 (multi-strand, very flexible), provide excellent flexibility and resistance to material fatigue during repeated bending. The screen made of tinned copper wires effectively protects against electromagnetic interference (EMC), which is crucial in modern industrial installations. The polyurethane outer jacket (PUR) guarantees resistance to abrasion, oils and extreme temperatures – from -40°C to +80°C. Additionally, the cable is halogen-free, which increases safety in the event of a fire.

The cable has UL Style 20234 marking and meets DIN VDE and IEC standards regarding flame resistance and UV radiation. The use of U1, V2, W3 numbered cores and a yellow-green protective core facilitates identification and improves installation safety. A control core with numbering provides additional monitoring and control capabilities.
