Cable for chain guides, 1000 V UL shipflex 340 12x2X0.25/AWG24 grey, halogen-free, shielded 19933

Robust cable for energy chains – reliability in harsh conditions

This shielded HELUKABEL SHIPFLEX® 340 chain cable is designed for applications requiring high flexibility and resistance to external factors. Made from high-quality materials, this cable provides safe and reliable connections in energy chain systems, as well as in marine and industrial applications. Its construction minimizes the risk of mechanical damage and ensures long-term performance.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by an advanced construction that guarantees its exceptional durability. It is made of stranded copper conductors, class 6 flexibility, which ensures high flexibility even with frequent bending. The conductors are insulated with a special material and twisted in pairs, which minimizes electromagnetic interference. A screen made of tinned copper wires (with the option of an additional aluminum foil) effectively protects against external interference. The whole is surrounded by a durable, gray (RAL 7001) polyurethane coating, which is resistant to oils, UV radiation and weather conditions. The cable is halogen-free, which increases safety in the event of a fire.

  • Robust construction: Class 6 copper strands provide high flexibility and resistance to material fatigue.
  • Shielding: effective protection against electromagnetic interference (EMC).
  • Resistance to external factors: polyurethane coating protects against oils, UV radiation and weather conditions.
  • Halogen-free: increased fire safety in accordance with DIN VDE and IEC standards.
  • Wide temperature range: possibility of operation at temperatures from -40°C to +80°C (flexible and stationary).
  • Application in marine environments: meets stringent standards for marine applications.

Applications and compliance with standards

This cable is used in a variety of industrial applications, especially where high flexibility and resistance to harsh working conditions are required – e.g. in robotics, construction machinery, steel coil transport systems or in the marine industry. It meets the requirements of European standards and UL Style 20234. This is a product compliant with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking).

Thanks to its properties, this cable is ideal for applications requiring reliable signal transmission in dynamic working environments. It is an investment in the safety and long-term performance of the electrical installation.
