This black HELUPOWER CHARGE-750-AC cable with a cross-section of 3G2.5+2x0.5 is specifically designed for charging electric vehicles. It is suitable for use at public charging stations - parking lots near highways, in garages - as well as in household sockets. Its construction and materials guarantee reliability and safety during use in various conditions.
Durability and safety in all conditions
The cable is distinguished by its high resistance to external factors. Thanks to the halogen-free EVM-1 type plastic coating, it meets fire safety standards (IEC 60332-1-2) and is environmentally friendly. Additional resistance to UV radiation and oil makes it ideal for use both indoors and outdoors, even on surfaces such as concrete. The flexible construction with multi-wire copper conductors class 5 (DIN VDE 0295/IEC 60228) ensures easy installation and use. The cable retains its properties over a wide temperature range - from -40°C to +90°C (flexible and stationary).
Technical specifications and compliance with standards
The cable is manufactured in accordance with DIN VDE 0285-620/DIN EN 50620/GB/T 33594-2017 standards. The operating voltage is 450/750 V AC (peak), and the test voltage of the signal conductors is 2000 V AC, the power conductors 2500 V AC, and the entire cable as much as 3500 V AC. The minimum bending radius is 7.5 x cable diameter for flexible operation and 4 x diameter for fixed installation. The conductor insulation is made of halogen-free EVI-2 type plastic (DIN EN 50620), and the conductors are appropriately color-coded in accordance with DIN VDE and HD 308 S2 standards. The cable is metered, which makes it easier to precisely adjust the length to the installation needs. The CE mark confirms the product's compliance with the LVD 2014/35/EU directive.
