Frequency inverter cable – reliability and protection in every application

This specialized motor connection cable, designed for use with frequency inverters, guarantees stable operation and safety in demanding industrial environments. Manufactured according to Style 2570 standard, it offers a wide range of operating temperatures, both in flexible mode (-5°C to +80°C) and stationary mode (-40°C to +80°C). This cable is an ideal solution for installations in buildings, machines and equipment where electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) is essential.

Construction and properties ensuring performance

The cable is characterized by a solid construction. Multi-strand copper conductors (class 5) are insulated with polypropylene (PE), ensuring flexibility and durability of the connection. Color coding of the conductors (BN, BK, GY and green-yellow protective conductor) facilitates identification during assembly. A key element is double shielding – aluminum foil and a braid of tinned copper wires (approx. 85% coverage) – which minimizes electromagnetic interference and ensures high signal transmission quality. The whole is surrounded by a durable outer PVC coating in black (RAL 9005).

Applications and technical parameters

TF-EMV-UV-2YSLCYK-J 4x150 cable is widely used in the automotive, food, packaging industries, as well as in industrial machines and equipment (pumps, fans, conveyor belts). It will also work in potentially explosive atmospheres. The conductor cross-section of 150 mm² allows for transmission of large currents, and the rated voltage of 1000 V ensures safe operation. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 58.3 mm. Remember to connect the screen on both sides of the cable to ensure full protection against electromagnetic interference in accordance with EN 55011 standard.
