This black H03VV-F control and power cable with 2x0.5 mm² cores is a versatile solution for a wide range of applications. Made from high-quality materials, it ensures safe and efficient power transmission in electrical installations. This cable is particularly recommended for applications requiring flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage.

Construction and properties

The cable is constructed in accordance with DIN VDE 0285-525-2-11 / DIN EN 50525-2-11 and IEC 60227-5 standards. It is made of multi-strand, flexible copper conductor (class 5), which simplifies installation and ensures long-term reliability. The core insulation is made of PVC TI2, and the outer sheath of PVC TM2 – both materials guarantee good protection against external factors and damage. The black color facilitates identification in cable bundles. Core identification is done using colors, according to DIN VDE 0293-308 – up to 5 cores have different colors, above 5 cores – black with white numbers.

This cable has been tested for flame resistance (VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2 / IEC 60332-1) and does not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting. This is important to ensure safe use and environmental protection.

Application and operating parameters

The H03VV-F cable is ideal for indoor installations where moderate mechanical stress occurs. It can be used in household appliances (dishwashers, vacuum cleaners, lighting), office equipment and other applications requiring a flexible electrical connection. However, direct contact of the cable with hot surfaces or heating elements should be avoided.
