Control and power cable – reliability and flexibility in every application
The HELUPOWER® 1000 RV-K cable is a versatile solution for flexible power and control connections. Designed for medium mechanical load, it performs well in both indoor and outdoor installations. Its construction and materials guarantee durability and resistance to various environmental conditions.
Construction and properties for professionals
This cable has a 3+1/2 construction, compliant with UNE 21123-2 standard. It is made of flexible, stranded copper conductors class 5 (according to DIN VDE 0295/IEC 60228), which ensures high flexibility and resistance to twisting. The core insulation is made of XLPE type DIX 3 (according to HD 603-1), and the outer jacket of special PVC DMV 18 (according to HD 603-1), guaranteeing resistance to UV radiation, oil and abrasion. Core identification is carried out according to DIN VDE 0293-308 – color-coded markings for cores up to 5 mm² cross-section and black with white numbers for larger cross-sections. The cable is metered, making it easy to precisely adjust the length to the installation needs.
Applications and benefits for everyone
This cable is an ideal choice for a wide range of applications: mechanical engineering, conveyor systems, air conditioning units, industrial automation, as well as a power or control cable requiring higher operating temperature or voltage. It can be used in dry, damp and wet rooms, and directly buried in the ground or laid in protective conduits. Thanks to its UV resistance, it is also suitable as a connection cable for mobile or portable devices and machines, as well as in stage or lighting applications. The permissible operating temperature of the core is a maximum of +90°C (and +250°C for 5 seconds in the event of a short circuit), ensuring safety and reliable operation. The cable meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU and has an AENOR certificate.
Versatility: suitable for indoor and outdoor use, in dry, damp and wet conditions.
Durability: made of high-quality materials resistant to UV radiation, oil and abrasion.
Flexibility: stranded copper conductors provide easy installation and laying.
Safety: meets European standards and has an AENOR certificate.
Resistance: possibility of direct burial in the ground and laying in protective conduits increases the range of applications.
Easy identification: color-coded cores facilitate correct connection of wires.
