This black HELUPOWER® 1000 RV-K control and power cable with a cross-section of 2.5 mm² is a versatile solution for flexible power connections. It is suitable for both industrial installations and home applications where reliability and resistance to harsh conditions are required. The cable's construction, compliant with UNE 21123-2, ensures safety and long-term operation.

Construction and application – for professionals and demanding users

This cable is designed for medium mechanical load, making it ideal for use in machines, conveyor systems, air conditioning units and industrial automation. The possibility of direct laying in the ground or pipes increases its versatility. In addition, UV resistance allows it to be used as a connection cable for mobile devices or those operating outdoors. Thanks to the special construction of the outer jacket made of PVC, the cable is also suitable for stage and lighting applications.

Operating parameters and construction

The HELUPOWER® 1000 RV-K cable is characterized by a working voltage of AC 0.6/1 kV and DC 0.9/1.8 kV. It is made of un-tinned copper core (class 5 according to DIN VDE 0295), insulated with XLPE type DIX 3 (according to UNE HD 603-1). The minimum bending radius for flexible cables is 10x cable diameter, and for stationary cables – 4x diameter (up to 25 mm) or 5x/6x diameter (depending on the cross-section).
