This metered HELUPOWER® 1000 RV-K control and power cable is a versatile solution for flexible power connections with medium mechanical load. It is suitable for both industrial installations and automation, air conditioning or conveyor systems. The cable is designed to operate in various conditions – from dry rooms, through humid and wet environments, to direct laying in the ground or pipes. Its construction and materials guarantee long-lasting and safe operation.

Construction and properties for professionals

The cable is characterized by a construction compliant with IEC 60502-1, UNE 21123-2 and UNE HD 603-1 standards. Copper conductors, made in accordance with DIN VDE 0295 cl. 5, are insulated with XLPE type DIX 3 (UNE HD 603-1). The outer jacket made of special PVC type DMV-18 provides resistance to UV radiation, oils and mechanical damage. The cable is available in a version with a protective conductor (G) or without it (X). This allows it to be adapted to specific installation requirements. The operating temperature range is flexibly from -5°C to +90°C and stationary from -15°C to +90°C, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. Operating voltage AC is U0/U 0.6/1 kV and DC U0/U 0.9/1.8 kV.

This cable is an ideal choice for both installers and end users. Its flexibility makes it easy to install even in difficult conditions. UV resistance allows it to be used outdoors without fear of material degradation. The possibility of direct laying in the ground eliminates the need for additional protection. It meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking), which confirms its safety and compliance with European standards. Additionally, the materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting. The minimum bending radius is 10x cable diameter for flexible operation and 4x - 6x cable diameter for stationary operation (depending on cable diameter).
