This flexible HELUPOWER® 1000 RV-K power and control cable is a versatile solution for a wide range of applications, both in fixed and mobile installations. The cable is designed for medium mechanical load and performs perfectly in dry, damp and wet environments. The possibility of direct laying in the ground and in pipes further increases its versatility.

This cable is particularly recommended for industrial applications such as machinery, conveyor systems, air conditioning units and automation. Thanks to its UV resistance and special PVC outer jacket construction, it is ideal for powering mobile or portable devices and machines. It can also be used in stage and lighting installations.

Construction and properties

The HELUPOWER® 1000 RV-K cable is characterized by a solid construction ensuring reliability and durability. It is made of multi-wire copper conductors, insulated with XLPE, which guarantees high flexibility and resistance to mechanical damage. The outer jacket made of special PVC type DMV-18 provides protection against external factors such as UV radiation, moisture and oils.

Additionally, the cable has passed torsion tests (TW-0 / TW-1 / TW-2) and has an AENOR certificate confirming its compliance with safety standards. It is also compliant with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking). This ensures its safe use in various working conditions.
