Power and control cable for demanding applications
The HELUPOWER® 1000 RV-K 4x150 mm² cable is a flexible solution for power and control, designed for medium mechanical loads. This cable is characterized by its high resistance to external conditions and a wide range of applications, both indoors and outdoors. It is ideal for use in mechanical engineering, conveyor systems, air conditioning equipment, and industrial automation.
Construction and properties
The HELUPOWER® 1000 RV-K cable features a solid construction ensuring reliable operation even in harsh conditions. Made of copper conductors, insulated with XLPE, and surrounded by a special PVC jacket (DMV-18), it guarantees long-term operation. The outer jacket made of special PVC provides resistance to UV radiation and oils, making it ideal for outdoor and industrial environments. Therefore, the cable can be used as a connection cable for mobile or portable machines and in stage and lighting installations.
Operating parameters and safety
This cable is designed to operate in a temperature range of -15°C to +90°C (stationary) and -5°C to +90°C (flexible). The operating voltage is 0.6/1 kV (AC) or 0.9/1.8 kV (DC), and the test voltage is 4000 V. The minimum bending radius for flexible cables is 10x the cable diameter, while for stationary cables it depends on the diameter and ranges from 4x to 6x the cable diameter. It meets the requirements of IEC 60502-1, UNE 21123-2 and UNE HD 603-1 standards. It has a CE certificate confirming compliance with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU. Additionally, it is flame retardant according to DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2 and DIN EN 60332-1-2 / IEC 60332-1-2 standards.
