Control and power cable for demanding applications

The HELUPOWER® 1000 RV-K cable is a flexible power and control cable designed for use in medium mechanically stressed installations. The construction with XLPE insulation and an outer jacket of PVC ensures reliability and durability in various conditions – from dry rooms, through humid and wet environments, to direct laying in the ground or pipes. This cable is particularly recommended where higher operating temperature or voltage is required.

Construction and properties

The cable is characterized by a 3+1/2 construction, compliant with UNE 21123-2 standard. Made of copper conductors, insulated with DIX 3 type XLPE, it ensures safe and efficient power transmission. The outer jacket made of special PVC DMV-18 guarantees resistance to UV radiation, oil and other external factors. This makes the cable perfect for use as a connection cable for mobile machines and equipment, as well as in stage and lighting applications. The minimum bending radius for flexible cables is 10x the cable diameter, and for stationary cables depends on the cross-section (up to 6x the diameter).
