Control and power cable – reliability and flexibility in every application

This metered HELUPOWER® 1000 RV-K control and power cable is a versatile solution for flexible power connections. This cable, with a cross-section of 5x25 mm², is characterized by high mechanical resistance and is designed to operate in various conditions – from dry rooms, through humid and wet environments, to direct laying in the ground or pipes. It is a solid choice for both professionals and end users looking for a reliable solution.

Construction and properties ensuring long-term operation

The cable construction is based on copper conductors, XLPE insulation and an outer jacket made of DMV-18 type PVC. This combination guarantees not only high flexibility, but also resistance to UV radiation, oil and mechanical damage. The cable retains its properties over a wide temperature range – from -15°C to +90°C (stationary operation) and from -5°C to +90°C (flexible operation). This makes it suitable for demanding industrial applications and installations exposed to changing weather conditions. Conductor identification is carried out in accordance with DIN VDE 0293-308, which facilitates correct installation and connection.

The HELUPOWER® 1000 RV-K cable finds wide application in many industries. It is ideal for mechanical engineering, conveyor systems, air conditioning systems and industrial automation systems. It can be used as a power or control cable, especially where higher operating temperature or voltage is required. Additionally, thanks to its resistance to UV radiation, it is perfectly suited as a connection cable for mobile or portable devices and machines. It can also be used in stage and lighting installations. The operating voltage is 0.6/1kV and the test voltage is 4000V. The minimum bending radius is 10x the cable diameter for flexible operation and 4x-6x the diameter for stationary operation (depending on the cross-section).
