This metered HELUPOWER® 1000 RV-K control and power cable is a versatile solution for flexible power connections with medium mechanical load. The construction with copper strands, XLPE insulation and PVC outer jacket ensures reliable operation in various conditions. This cable is particularly recommended for applications where resistance to UV radiation, oil and higher operating temperature is required.

Construction and properties for professionals

The HELUPOWER® 1000 RV-K cable is constructed in accordance with IEC 60502-1, UNE 21123-2 and UNE HD 603-1 standards. Copper strands, made in accordance with DIN VDE 0295 cl. 5, IEC 60228 cl. 5 and BS 6360 cl. 5, are insulated with XLPE type DIX 3 (UNE HD 603-1). Strand identification is carried out in accordance with PN-HD 308 S2 (up to 5 strands) or EN 50334 (above 5 strands). The outer jacket made of special PVC type DMV-18 (UNE HD603-1) guarantees resistance to external factors and ensures durability. The cable is available in a version with or without a yellow-green protective strand.
