Flexible cable F-CY-JZ is an advanced solution for data and power transmission in demanding industrial environments and control systems. The cable's construction, based on special PVC, provides high resistance to oils, chemicals, and radiation, making it an ideal choice for use in harsh conditions. The robust design and shielding ensure reliable signal transmission, minimizing electromagnetic interference.

Construction and properties

The cable consists of multi-strand copper conductors, insulated with special PVC (Z 7225). The conductors are black with white number printing for easy identification. From 3 conductors, a yellow-green protective conductor is also available. The twisted conductors are surrounded by an insulating foil and an effective copper braid screen (approx. 85% coverage), which minimizes the influence of electromagnetic interference. The whole is covered with a durable outer sheath made of special PVC (TM2), gray in color (RAL 7001). The cable is supplied in meter lengths.

Application and parameters

The cable is used as an element of control systems in mechanical engineering, as well as a signal cable in electronics and computer systems. Thanks to the use of insulating foil, the outer diameter of the cable has been reduced, making it easier to install in tight spaces. The nominal conductor cross-section in this model is 0.75 mm², and the rated voltage U is 500 V. The cable is designed to operate at temperatures from -40°C to +80°C (stationary) and from -10°C to +80°C (flexible). The approximate outer diameter of the cable is 21 mm, which should be taken into account when selecting appropriate cable glands and connectors.

The cable meets the requirements of DIN VDE 0285-525-2-51/ DIN EN 50525-2-51 and has a certificate of conformity with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking). In addition, the materials used in production do not contain silicone, cadmium or substances that interfere with painting, confirming its high quality and safety of use.
