This high-quality, flexible shielded cable JZ-500-C is an ideal solution for electrical connections requiring resistance to interference and high flexibility. Construction and properties ensuring durability

The JZ-500-C cable is characterized by a solid construction that guarantees reliability even in difficult conditions. It uses copper conductors, twisted according to DIN VDE 0295 cl. 5, BS 6360 cl. 5 and IEC 60228 cl. 5 standards, which ensures good conductivity and flexibility. Insulation made of PVC Z 7225 provides resistance to abrasion and mechanical damage. The conductors are black with white number printing for easy identification, and the protective conductor (in versions from 3 conductors) is yellow-green. A copper braid screen minimizes electromagnetic interference, which is particularly important in applications sensitive to noise. The outer sheath made of special PVC TM2 provides additional protection against external factors.

Technical parameters and applications

The JZ-500-C cable with a cross-section of 2.5 mm² and a rated voltage of 500V is designed for medium mechanical load and used in places requiring flexible connections without tensile stress. It is ideal for use in dry, damp and wet rooms, as well as outdoors (cannot be laid directly in the ground or water). It is particularly recommended for use in mechanical engineering – control, signaling and measurement on production lines and conveyor belts. The approximate outer diameter of the cable is 11.7 mm, and the minimum bending radius is 10x the cable diameter during flexible operation and 5x when laid permanently.
