Control cable for industrial and other applications. This shielded JZ-603-CY control cable is a versatile solution for transmitting control signals in machines, automation systems and assembly lines. Thanks to UL-CSA-HAR certifications, you can be sure of its compliance with international safety and quality standards. The cable is particularly recommended for applications where protection against electromagnetic interference (EMC) is required, thanks to the use of a shielding braid.

### Construction and properties

The cable is made of high-quality materials, ensuring reliable operation even in difficult conditions. Copper strands, made in class 6 (multi-wire, very flexible), guarantee flexibility and resistance to mechanical fatigue. PVC TI2 insulation provides good electrical protection and abrasion resistance. In addition, the outer jacket made of oil-resistant PVC TM5 protects the cable against damage caused by contact with oils and greases – which is crucial in industrial environments. The copper braid effectively suppresses electromagnetic interference, minimizing the risk of errors in control system operation.

### Technical data and application

The JZ-603-CY 4x1.5 cable has a conductor cross-section of 1.5 mm² and a rated voltage of 500 V. It is equipped with four conductors identified by numbers and a yellow-green protective conductor (PE). The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 11 mm. Thanks to its properties, it is ideal for applications requiring reliable transmission of control signals, such as:
