Crane control cable – reliability in demanding conditions
This black, 12-core crane control cable LIFT-TRAGO with a voltage of 500V is designed to operate in harsh conditions typical of lifting equipment. Made of high-quality materials, it provides safe and reliable connections in cranes, conveyor belts and other lifting applications. The construction with a central hemp core guarantees strength and resistance to mechanical damage.
Construction and properties
The cable is characterized by a solid construction that ensures long-lasting and trouble-free operation. Copper strands are twisted in accordance with DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60228 standards, which translates into high conductivity and flexibility. PVC TI2 insulation provides good protection against external factors. The special construction with a hemp core (in the TRAGO version) increases tensile strength and minimizes the risk of insulation damage even if the core breaks. A multi-strand braid further strengthens the cable construction. The outer jacket made of special PVC TM2 is resistant to abrasion, UV radiation and weathering.
In addition, the cable meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking), which confirms its safety and compliance with European standards. The materials used in production are free of silicone, cadmium and substances that interfere with painting. The cable has passed PVC self-extinguishing and flame-retardant tests in accordance with DIN VDE 0482-332-1-2, DIN EN 60332-1-2 and IEC 60332-1.

The cable is characterized by a rated voltage of 300/500 V, has 12 cores with a cross-section of 0.75 mm². The core insulation is made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and the outer jacket is also made of PVC. The core material is hemp. The cable maintains flexibility in the temperature range from -15°C to +70°C, and in stationary mode from -40°C to +70°C. The minimum bending radius is 20 x cable diameter, and the material is UV resistant.
