Construction and properties for professionals

This cable is designed for durability and reliability. It consists of a copper strand, which can be tinned or silver-plated, which affects its corrosion resistance and conductivity. The cores are insulated with FEP-HELUFLON® fluoropolymer, which provides excellent dielectric properties and chemical resistance. Twisted cores in parallel facilitate installation, and the outer jacket made of FEP-HELUFLON® further protects the cable against mechanical damage and environmental influences. Thanks to this, the cable is resistant to microcultures, fungal growth and is completely waterproof.

• Wide temperature range: The cable retains its properties in the range of -100°C to +205°C (short-term up to +230°C), making it ideal for use in furnaces, heating devices or the chemical industry.
• Chemical resistance: It withstands the action of alkalis, acids, oils, gasoline and food products – crucial in the chemical and food industries.
• High insulation: Insulation resistance is at least 2 GOhm/km, guaranteeing the safety and reliability of the installation.
• Radiation resistance: The cable is resistant to radiation up to 1 x 10⁶ cJ/kg (up to 1 Mrad).
• Low water absorption coefficient: Water absorption below 0.01% ensures stable operating parameters in a humid environment.
• Compliance with standards: The product meets the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU (CE marking).
