This multi-core HELUFLON-FEP-6Y cable is a reliable solution for installations requiring resistance to high temperatures, aggressive chemicals and harsh environmental conditions. Construction and properties

The cable features a construction that provides exceptional flexibility and durability. Copper cores, available in tinned or silver-plated versions, are twisted according to DIN VDE 0295, BS 6360 and IEC 60228 standards. Insulation made of FEP-HELUFLON® guarantees temperature resistance in the range of -100°C to +205°C (short-term up to +230°C), making it an ideal choice for use in furnaces, heating devices or the chemical industry. Additionally, the outer jacket made of FEP-HELUFLON® provides protection against external factors and increases the cable's lifespan.

It is worth noting a number of important properties of this cable:

• Chemical resistance: complete resistance to flames, alkalis, acids, food, oils and gasoline – crucial in the chemical industry and laboratories.
• Thermal resistance: a wide range of operating temperatures allows for use in extreme conditions.

The minimum bending radius is 15 x cable diameter for flexible bending and 4 x cable diameter for stationary bending. The cores are identified by colors according to DIN VDE 0293-308 and a version with a yellow-green protective conductor (marked with "G") is also available.
